Your profession requires creativity and imagination, can you share the experience in what your creative resource is not evaluated. Is it happened to you any of your participation in the creation of advertising material, media, photography, etc. nature of the product of intellectual property to the idea or the final result be published by the media, employers, etc. project as the result of foreign creative effort?

Sometimes people do not appreciate how much effort cost a creative product, simply because they do not know what is behind him. Till the moment it doesn’t happened to me some of my works to be used incorrectly by media. Only once I got mail from those who are turning the Internet and are forwarded over and over again, which among others consisted of my photos. But then I became more fun because no one was taken right and it was just a compilation of photographs and other writers, apparently because they like it. Similarly, I find my photos and some blogs. These risks are inevitable when put their portfolio online.

How should in our country to evaluate the activities of artists? Do you think that a new and updated legislation would improve the situation of so to say free creative professions?

Experience clearly shows that the law in our country does not work. On several occasions I was confronted with the paradox, the sponsor who gives me money does not want to sign anywhere for that money, because otherwise you will pay a higher tax. This speaks in itself sufficient. I know several people who want to sponsor arts but when they learn what bureaucracy is, they just refuse. And as a whole is still no clear link between the developed and the people who are able and willing to support various forms of liberal arts and artists. Between the two groups seems to have a huge gap. From which we all lose – we as artists and viewers, because the number and quality of work is insufficient.

Individual can give an example of that in our country it is impossible to defend scenario – according to the law written by man is written in the final titles, but if you want to have protection over the text before it is implemented – this proved impossible.

What do you think is behind the space the media? If it depends on you to possess the power to protect intellectual work in our country, what would be your initiatives?

I think above all the society must wake up and realize that all live together here and now. Every society is built by individuals. If all individuals, or at least most of them shake off this horrible mentality that dictates everything in our country, things will begin to change. You just have to clear out rules for work and remuneration and how those things happen, and certainly the most difficult part for us – to be respected.

Do you think that the Ministry of Culture is a debtor of the people of the creative sector jobs? What problems it is unable to solve?

Perhaps it is rather part of the problem. The Ministry has good initiatives, but cannot and could not „cover“ everything. It should rather be governor. I think also that it may more strongly to protect our rights to parliament and society.

How do you provide adequate assessment of the intellectual in our work and products falling under the protection of intellectual property?

Evaluation always comes from people. I noticed that people seem to need more than art and are willing to pay for what it has on their ability. I wish people to have more choice and diversity in the different fields of art, not only launch certain things – they will feel more free and more satisfied that their money does not go in taxes or tickets.
