The sixth edition of the book on copyright reflects all amendments to the Law on copyright and related rights and other regulations governing the matter, since the beginning of 2007 so far. In many places the text is updated. In this edition the author takes a definite opinion on the issue of collective management of copyright. There was an attempt to clearly define which of those officially registered organizations actually work and perform the functions inherent in such organizations and what rights actually manage any of them.
In the new edition are reflected most of the numerous publications on specific issues that occurred in 2007 and 2008 in the specialized press.
Content of the textbooks meet the state of national legislation and international regulations to the facts till 01.01.2009.
