Updates of the patent agreements with Denmark, Japan and Korea from October 1, 2013

2014-01-31-2From October 1st 2013, the pilot programs relating to The Patent Prosecution Highway  (ATDB) of OPIC, implemented together with Denmark, Japan and Korea, have been extended.

Pilot programs with Denmark and Korea will be replaced by the ATDB agreements for an indefinite period. The pilot program implemented with Japan will be extended for another three years and will expire on September 30th, 2016.
