The site of Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property is with many alterations and relevant innovations. Now it is possible to do searches of software by the title of this, names of applicant and author, person and entity cards of applicant and person card of author. Nowadays the information of marks are more complete, containing the values paid from federal taxes of filing, trademark concession and certificate, trademark renewal, alteration of name or address, assignments and reply to an official action (administrative). In the same time there´s the beginning and end of term from ordinary renewal of distinctive sign, and the beginning and end of term from extraordinary renewal of trademark. In respect to patents now is possible through searches to know the values paid of official fees of filing, annuities, restoration, a reply to an official action, simple reprographic copying, patent concession and certificate, between others applications. On the other hand in industrial designs currently is possible to know the values paid of federal taxes from five-year period, renewal, certificates relating to acts of processes; in the meantime you can know the ordinary and extraordinary deadlines from five periods of payment from five-year period.
