The Commission for Consumers Protection/CCP/ imposed a fine to the taximeter company „ОК – Softrance” ООD because of misleading commercial practice. Moreover with an order of the chairman Damyan Lazarov the company is obligated to , which deceives the people, contradicts the requirement for conscientiousness and professional competence and can change significantly the economic behaviour of the average consumer, to whom is appointed the commercial practice.
