The United States expects from Tajikistan to implement fully amendments of its Customs Code and to ensure the correspondent authority to its customs and criminal enforcement officials.
The major issues for Tajikistan, as per the US, remain criminal IPR infringement, optical disc piracy, government use of unlicensed software. For that reason, The United States will continue to work with Tajikistan to follow the steps that Tajikistan needs to make before its’ WTO accession process.
