The purpose of the platform “France-SME without counterfeiting” is to provide assistance to SME victims or potential victims of counterfeit.
The Charter also establishes a national framework for cooperation promoting the establishment of regional commissions “without piracy” in the context of regional plans for the internationalization of companies.
The implementation of this platform could be really useful for the SME that use too few tools of intellectual property because of lack of information.
