           On June 11 and 12, 2009 the International Bureau is organizing a seminar on the Madrid System of the international registration of marks which will take place at WIPO headquarters in Geneva.  The objective of the seminar is to promote a better understanding of the Madrid System among the users community. The seminar will be conducted in French only.              This Seminar is aimed at increasing awareness and practical knowledge of the Madrid system of international registration of marks among industry and private practitioners who use, or will use, the system.
