On 22.02.2013 in the Bulgarian State Register of Marks was entered first pledge in favor of ERSTE GROUP BANK AG – Austria and CESKA SPOITELNA AS – The Czech Republic, to secure the claims of WALMARK, A.S under the Contract of a special pledge of 17.01.2013, concluded between ERSTE GROUP BANK AG – Austria and CESKA SPOITELNA AS – Czech Republic (pledge creditors) and WALMARK, A.S. – Czech Republic (pledge holder) in terms of brand „МАРСИАНЦИ“ (MARSIANTSI) registration № 37243, owned by WALMARK, A.S. – Czech Republic.
