A new version of the tenth edition of the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registrations of Marks will enter into force on January 1, 2015. It will be available on the web site of the WIPO.
The new version of Nice Classifications 2015 includes a number of changes with regard to the previous version. The International Bureau of WIPO will allay the 2015 version of the tenth edition of the Nice Classifications to all applications for international registrations that are received by the Office of origin on or after January 1, 2015.
