On May 21, 2009. National Assembly under art. 84 p.8 and art. 86 p. 1 of the Bulgarian Constitution and art. 4 and 5, p. 1 of the previous and final provisions of the Law for Protection of Competition, defined:
1. Petko Georgiev Nikolov to be a President of the CPC with term of mandate 6 years.
2. Alexander Dimov, Alexandrov and Redzheb Ismail Mustafa to be Deputy Chairmen of the CPC with term of mandate 5 years
3. Nenko Viktorov Temelkov to be a member of the CPC with term of mandate 5 years
4. Diana Atanasova Hitova, Evgeny Spasov Ivanov and Vesela Tzvetanova Antonova to be members of the CPC with term of mandate 3 years
The decision was released in State Gazette, Issue 40, 29th of May, 2009.
