Memorandum for fellowship signed between the Bulgarian Government and WIPO

On 12 November 2008 the Bulgarian Patent Office announced: “… in Geneve the vice- prime minister and and minister of foreign affairs Ivailo Kalfin and Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Francis Gurry signed Memorandum for fellowship  between the Bulgarian Government and WIPO, which regulates the cooperation between them. It includes specific programmes like drawing up a National strategy for development of the creative sector, confirming of the co-operation for making a digital museum in Bulgaria, holding seminars for training and rising of the qualification of experts in different spheres, etc., which will be realized with the assistance of the international organization”.
