Croatian Music Institute, Croatian Copyright Society (HDAP-Alai) and associations Adria MC (Adria Music Conference) this year organizing the second International authorial creative conference to be 19 to 21 November 2014, held in Zagreb.
Partners of the conference this year will be the associations of authors and creators, as well as those that protect copyrights and interests such as the Croatian Composers’ Society and its technical service ZAMP, Croatian Musicians Union, the Croatian Recording Association, the Croatian Film Directors and others.
Last year, the first conference had a great echo in the general and professional public: with the participation of a number of distinguished experts in the field of copyright, the conference offered a number of interesting lectures and panels on topics within the scope of cultural and creative industrija.I for this year, we will offer equally strong program: since the main issue of the conference contribution to Croatian cultural and creative industries economy of the country, the guests we invited foreign and local experts to statistics, studies, as well as concrete examples and discussions emphasize the importance of culture and the individuals who create – in a broader, macro-economic context.
Participation at the conference so far are of international speakers confirmed Gyta Berasneviciute, (OHIM, European Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market; Blaise Mistler, director of institutional relations SACEM, the French society for the protection of copyright music rights; Victoria Campoamor, head of partnerships for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in to Google Play Music, the world’s top expert in copyright prof. Jan Rosen (University of Stockholm, Sweden) and another internationally recognized expert, consultant WIPO and Dr. IIPA. Mihály Ficsor.
