CPC SANCTIONED „ORGACHIM” АD WITH 100 000 LV. FOR REPEATED PROMOTIONAL GAME

The Commission for Protection of Competition imposed penalty payment, at the rate of 100 000 lv. to „Orgachim“ АD, Russe, for violation in accordance with art. 34, par. 6 from LPC (Law on Protection of Competition), under the conditions of repeated event.
