In accordance with Rule 35(2)(d) of the Common Regulations under the Madrid Agreement and Protocol, the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has established that from June 6, 2015, the amounts of the individual fee payable in respect of Norway will change.
Those amounts will be 278 Swiss francs for the first three classes of goods or services and 78 Swiss francs per additional class, when designating Norway in an international application or subsequently. The amounts will be 314 Swiss francs for the first three classes and 121 Swiss francs per additional class, when renewing an international registration in which Norway has been designated.
The same amounts will apply for collective marks.
