The Commission for Protection of Competition imposed penalty payment, at the rate of 30 000 lv., to „Service complekt“ ЕООD, Kazanlak for violation in accordance with art. 33, par. 2 from LPC (Law on Protection of Competition).

The Commission for Protection of Competition imposed penalty payment, at the rate of 8 000 lv., to „Marvik Extreme“ЕООD, Sofia, for violation in accordance with art. 33, par. 2, in connection with art. 30 from LPC (Law on Protection of Competition).

The Commission for Consumers Protection stopped misleading print advertisement of commercial chain „Praktiker”. The company has distributed a promotional brochure, which advertises goods for preferential prices in connection with the opening of their jubilee hundredth store. During the inspection inspectors of CCP find, one of the articles is not available.
