The United States notes the efforts of Bolivian Government regarding public awareness and enforcement, but states that the problems with piracy and counterfeiting in that direction remain.
According to the US, Bolivia should undertake actions for improving the intellectual property rights enforcement and strive to conform to the neighbor countries` authorities for better intellectual property rights protection.
