Under the heading of „Business & Industrial Property & Perspectives – trademarks, designs, patents“ will be held a conference in Tallin, Estonia, September 2-5, 2009 by the AIPPI.
The conference will be dedicated to the European Year of Creativity and Innovation, providing opportunities for all AIPPI members, non-members, the newcomers and those skilled in matters of intellectual property – to exchange their latest experiences in intellectual property work and to draw inspriration how to stimulate and enhance the capacity for creativity and innovation in an environment in which intellectual property is respected and protected.
This conference addresses a wide spectrum of related themes such as: 1. Economical development and its impact of creation and management of the intellectual property worldwide and more narrowly in the Baltic area and its neighbouring countries; 2. The last trends of trademarks and designs, including industry stories on this aspect; 3. Perspectives of European and Community patents – brothers or rivals.
