The Saudi Trademark Office (STO) has, on 14 January 2014, notified all trademark Agents of an increase on the official publication fees for new trademark applications with immediate effect.
Accordingly, the publication fees are now SAR3000 instead of SAR1000. The new schedule will apply to applications filed after the date of the effective date.
The advertisement fees for recordal changes and renewals, however, remain unchanged.
