The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) admitted Frezco and Casale Fresco similar regarding the goods milk and dairy products.

logoOur agency was representing the owner of the trademark Frezco , who filed an opposition of the newly applied brand Casale Fresco. After considering the opposition filed by us, a three-member panel of the Opposition department of OHIM enacted a decision, recognizing the similarity between the brands Frezco and Casale Fresco .
