Veselina Andreeva, a journalist from “Banker”, got the EP’ award for journalism in category “Newspapers”. She won with her feature “Crazy money for climate changes”, published in “Banker” ,issue 45, 2008.
The jury assessed the feature, written by V.Andreeva, as well written, full of matter and clear style. It reflected the EU’s policy in struggle with the climate changes and the stand of individual member-states regarding this very important topic. The article includes the opinions of many experts, as well as examples of the consequences for Bulgaria of the taken decisions by the EU.
EP Journalism Award is given to those journalists reflected important European issues in a manner contributed for more accessible understanding of the policies implemented by the European Institutions.
