Novi Zakon o zaštiti topografija poluprovodničkih proizvoda

Novi zakon stupio je na snagu 3. jula 2013. godine zamenjujući Zakon o zaštiti topografija integrisanih kola. Umesto integrisanih kola, predmet zaštite su poluprovodnički proizvodi, čime je omogućena šira zaštita koja se odnosi na sve vrste električnih kola. Donošenje ovog zakona je proisteklo iz potrebe da se poboljša zakonodavni okvir iz ove oblasti i iz potrebe usklađivanja sa međunarodnim i EU standardima.
