On the second of December 2008гnew Law on protection against unfair competition published in the State gazette in issue , 102 from 28 november 2008г.
The Commission will create an electronic register for its acts for better clarity of the procedures.
The files accepted for proceedings before the entry into force of the new law will continue in accordance with the old Law which has been in force at the date of filing the claim before the Commisssion.
