Досега, повеќе од 75 земји-членки на СОИС ја потпишаа Спогодбата, која беше усвоена на 27 Јуни 2013 во дипломатско-конференција организирана од страна на СОИС и хостирана од страна на Кралството Мароко во Маракеш.
